I was just trying to get some chicken on my way home and I have never had such great service I read this review about it being so juicy I had to come and try it out my self and i over herd theres a Japanese man back there making my chicken and it was so good it was the best chicken I've ever had the mash potatoes and green beans were so good I have to come back to jacks again. you have to ask if that Japanese man is in the back to make your chicken to get the best experience of southern chicken from jacks

The manager Nikki was very professional and had great service, I got my food fast, hot, and fresh everything was exactly how I ordered I am very pleased with my interaction with the employees at this store and just the atmosphere in general I will definitely be returning.

My family chose Jacks tonight and im glad we did. It was obvious the couple of people that were working were having a hard time but they were resilient. Where is all the employees? I saw maybe 3. The poor manager was about in tears but kept pushing and put out one of the best dinners I ever received from a restaurant. I would like to offer her a job at my family's business. No worries, im going back to find her. She deserves a better environment with more help. Thank you for the great service young lady. I will be back.

Good Jack's meal. Hot, fresh, made to order. Enjoy my favorite place I wish they would put one here in Hazel Green. I miss there establishment but refuse to patronize the one in meridianville. I'll be dropping in this Jack's again. God bless Alabama and America

Got my order in pretty easily. The only thing wrong with the process is that they don't have a place where you can tell them that you are military, so you don't get your discount. They can always ask to see your ID when you picked up the order. It would be nice if they could add a way for that to happen on the website.

The Jack’s on Hwy 53 and Jeff road is very nice, staff are attentive, and food prepared well. We enjoy coming here after church every Sunday and sitting at the table next to the window with warming sunshine.
